It’s the place to pull an all nighter for your exam the next day, where you go to bang out that essay you’ve known about for weeks but didn’t start until the night before, and where you go to catch up with your friends and pretend to be productive on a Sunday afternoon. Whatever you are at Club Lib for, there’s a spot for you.

1st, 2nd, & 3rd Floor Post Learning Commons (Otherwise Known as “The New Side”)

These three are typically the spots to come if you’re in the mood to chat with your friends. It’s not too loud where it’s impossible to study or get any work done, but it’s perfect if you and your friends want to get a table and get your work done together. It is also perfect for group projects because you can easily grab a table big enough to fit 4-6 people!

Another great spot in the PLC (on the 1st and 2nd floors) is the library’s desktop computers. Though it is be really convenient to do your homework on your own laptop, the library computers make printing hard copies really easy. In addition, having access to these computers makes it less likely to go on Facebook or online shop when you should be getting work done!

1st, 2nd & 3rd Floor Drexel Library (Otherwise Known as “The Old Side”)

Also referred to as the “quiet side” because this side is perfect for being the spot if you need to hit the ground running and concentrate on your homework. On the first floor, there are the desktops if you are looking to double screen or concentrate on a computer that won’t distract you. Stay on the first floor or go up a flight of stairs to the second floor where you will find long tables in a room that is completely silent with outlets and plenty of room to spread out your work. Also on the 2nd and 3rd floors there are cubicles (known around campus as “the cubbies”) in a completely silent area, perfect for secluding yourself and concentration.
