Campion Dining Hall

Being an SJU student you’re mostly likely familiar with Campion and everything that it offers. If you’re a freshman with an unlimited meal plan or an upper class man on campus that wants to grab some lunch in between class, it can be a struggle to find something you like. In Campion Dining Hall, there’s the pasta line, the hot meals, the omelet line, the salad bar, ice cream, etc. However, there are meals in there that aren’t necessarily made up but that you can make using Campion ingredients. Listed below are tasty meals you can put on your plate if you are looking to change it up!

 1. Peanut Butter and Banana Toast

Whether you’re making a quick breakfast stop in campion or looking for a tasty lunch or snack, peanut butter and banana toast will do the trick! This combination of whole grain bread or even an English muffin with one or two peanut butter packets and a ripe banana will get you through the day!

2. Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla

Filling and delicious—the chicken and cheese quesadilla in the sandwich line! This meal is perfect for lunch or dinner and will leave you satisfied and full! Don’t forget to ask for different cheeses, veggies or even sauces to add some extra flavor!

3. Chicken Caesar Salad/Wrap

If you’re looking for some greens but something toothsome, the chicken Caesar salad will do the trick! Grab your lettuce and ceasar dressing, some shredded parmesan from the pasta line and chicken from the sandwich line and you’re set! Ask for a wrap from the sandwich line and you have a yummy chicken Caesar wrap!

4. Egg White Breakfast Burrito

Campion Dining Hall is most famous for Freddy’s omelet but if you’re looking something slightly different and filling ask for egg whites and your choice of toppings! Grab a tortilla and some hot sauce and you are good to go!

5. Waffles and Ice Cream

If you’ve had a stressful week or looking to treat yourself, an SJU waffle topped with Ice Cream, is the move. To slap on some extra calories, grab some chocolate chips or whipped cream and you have yourself a delectable treat!
