This winter at home is going to be very different from past winters. Students thrive off of routine, and during school break added with COVID-19 it takes extra work to get into a solid routine and set goals for one-self. Luckily, there are online COVID free challenges to stay active, keep a healthy mind, and stay positive through this holiday season


Having goals to set from the moment you wake up leads you to better habits and sets you on a strong path to success. The ‘Six Fix’ Trend is the perfect way to feel accomplished throughout the day. This is an 80 day challenge, but is the perfect way to keep you confident for the next month in a half being home. The steps to complete this every day challenge are completely bearable and will make you feel great when you hit the pillow at the end of the day.

  1. Make your bed!
  2. Drink a Gallon of Water!
  3. Follow a healthy eating plan!
  4. Disconnect from life and mediate for 10 minutes!
  5. Exercise 5 times per day!
  6. Walk 10,000 steps per day!

Staying active this winter is not going to be easy not being in a normal routine, but by following a challenge with workouts planned for you; you will have much more motivation to get in shape! Working out will not only lead you to feeling better about yourself, but getting into the routine of an everyday workout will lead you to better habits in the future! The Clean-Eating Challenge is all about cleaning up your diet and cutting out processed foods. This 30-day challenge is the perfect way to clean up your plate and feel the benefits of whole foods. Each day it has a new goal for you to achieve such as taking a break from food for the day or adding a supplement into your diet.
