Bored, unmotivated, and lazy. Just some things we are all feeling like right now. Going from our daily scheduled lives to being stuck at home has been a hard transition. Many people have decided to learn a new hobby or have begun to try something new; If you’re still stuck on finding your niche, I have an idea for you.

I will be the first to admit I absolutely hate working out, I don’t find it fun and frankly there are many other things I rather be doing. During this time I’ve realized that since my daily routine has been taken away, I need to find something to keep me active. These workout programs I am going to share have helped me stay active while at home.

Sarah’s Day Ebook Workouts

Sarah’s Day is an Australian fitness and lifestyle Youtuber. She prides herself on clean eating, fitness training, and being a self proclaimed “Holistic Health Princess”. Along with her Youtube channel, she has created two 8-week fitness guide Ebooks; “Sweat it to Shred it” and “Sweat it Reload”. I have found that these guides have been super helpful, easy and fun to do while at home. Both Ebooks make training even easier with their no equipment workouts.

Both Ebooks extend up to 8 weeks long with 120+ unique exercises. They are both extremely diverse in its range of workout styles and routines. Here are some examples of workouts you can expect to see in these 8-week challenges: Power Pilates, Sezzy Circuits, Sweaty Shredders, Toning Powers, Boxing Babes, Ballet Booty Burner and many more!

These workouts have been perfect for me, they are not too strict so I am able to pick the type of workout I want to achieve for the day. These programs have really stands out based on the fact that you can chose your level of difficulty and work at your own pace!

These Ebooks are perfect for anyone and have proven to transform your body and find a love for fitness!

Chloe Ting Free Workout Programs

If you have spent way too much time on social media lately like I have, you have probably seen or heard of the name Chloe Ting.

Chloe Ting is another blogger who has her own workout programs. All of there workouts target different parts of the body whether it be arms, legs, abs, or butt, she has it all. All of her workout are 10-60 minutes that last for 25 days and up to 8 weeks.

These programs are perfect for being home when you don’t have equipment to use. I have tried a couple of her workout and I do love them! Some days were intense so as a beginner it was hard to keep up but totally worth it!

Orange Theory at Home

Orange theory is a popular fitness studio franchise with many different locations around the country. Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full-body workout, focused on training endurance, strength and power. Orange Theory stands out from other fitness studios, they give customers heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise.

Obviously everything is closed so going to one of their classes is not really in the plan, but you can bring it home!

These instructed videos have been perfect to use at home. Orangetheoryathome.com posts a new video everyday for your at home workout. Each day targets something different, some targets are lower body & core, upper body & core, and total body.

These are my favorite because they are taught by instructors and I am getting a fitness class for free! Another bonus is that there isn’t a strict time schedule for these videos, if you miss a day there is no need to worry because each day is posted on the website!

Although working out is still not my favorite thing to do it is perfect for a time like this. These workouts leave you feeling refreshed and healthy! Not only do they support your physical health but also contribute to your overall well being!
