The dreaded dining hall. Yes, we’ve all been there: long lines, same old food, little variety. Well… stress no more! We’re here to give you four meals you can make right in your dorm room without the use of a stove. Avoid the crowds and enjoy some of these delicious meals right in the comfort of your own room!

  1. BreakfastIngredients: toast, mashed avocado, pre-made boiled egg, red crushed peppersHave a kitchen? Make the eggs right on the stove!

2. Lunch


Ingredients: Lettuce, olives, tomatoes, corn, mushrooms, pre-made boiled egg, peppers, feta cheese

Have a kitchen? Make your own eggs and saute’ the mushrooms for added flavor!

3. Dinner

Ingredients: Pre-made chicken, microwavable steamed broccoli, microwavable steamed cauliflower, teriyaki sauce

Have a kitchen? Steam the raw broccoli and cauliflower on the stove and grill your own chicken!

4. Dessert

Ingredients: 4 tbsp Flour, 3 tbsp sugar, vanilla extract, 3 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp sprinkles, 1/2 baking powder, 1 tbsp oil; microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds!

Have a kitchen? Put the ingredients in a cupcake tin and bake until batter rises!
