SJU always welcomes its family and friends to campus but where should you take them when they want to see the city you live in? Sometimes it can be difficult to figure out what to do with your family when they come to visit. Here are just a few things you can do with your family in the City of Brotherly Love.

It’s almost too easy to lose track of time and spend the whole day here. Rittenhouse Square has a scenic park you can walk through with your family, where there are sometimes farmer’s markets and art displays. In the surrounding streets, there are endless amounts of shopping and many different restaurants to choose from. Also, here you can go up to the top of the One Liberty Observation Deck and show the gang a beautiful view of the entire city!
SPRUCE STREET HARBOR PARK:
Located in Penn’s Landing, this park is a great place to spend the day with your loved ones. If you take a walk along the marina, you will come across various food carts and hammocks to kick back and relax in. If the weather is nice, this park is the perfect place to kill some time and get something to eat.
